Brett Myers looks good

Today in Dunedin in a split squad game against the Blue Jays Brett Myers started and pitched 4 scoreless innings. He had good pop on his fastball and worked in some splits and curves too. The Jays had all their starters in the game. Myers was followed by Youman and then Madsen, those guys looked good too. The defense showed up again tody as well, great plays made by Ryan Howard, Eric Brutlett, and J Roll.
The surprise of the day was Valentino Pascucci, a veteran of the Japanese league, who crushed a pitch over the batters eye in dead center.
