According to foxsports.com, it has taken the released quarterback Chad Pennington one day to find a new home. Jay Glazer is reporting that Chad Pennington has signed a 2 year deal with the Miami Dolphins. He reunites with Bill Parcells, who drafted Chad to the Jets back in 2000, and is expected to be the starting quarterback for Miami come week 1.
