Arthur Whittington (Arthur Lee Whittington) was born on September 4, 1955 in Cuero, Texas. After going to high school at Cuero (TX), Whittington attended Southern Methodist University. Whittington made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Oakland Raiders. He played for the Oakland Raiders and Buffalo Bills over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1981 was Arthur Whittington's best year.
