Art Webb (Arthur E. Webb) was born on February 17, 1893. After going to high school at Genesee Wesleyan Seminay (Lima, NY), Webb attended none. Webb made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Rochester Jeffersons. He played in the APFA for 1 year, playing for the Rochester Jeffersons the entire time. Webb also played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Milwaukee Badgers the entire time.
