Art Thoms

Art Thoms (Arthur William Thoms) was born on October 20, 1946 in Teaneck, New Jersey. After going to high school at Brick Town (NJ) and Wayne (NJ), Thoms attended Syracuse University. Thoms made his professional debut in the AFL in 1969 with the Oakland Raiders. He played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Oakland Raiders the entire time. Thoms also played in the NFL for 7 years, playing for the Oakland Raiders and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 7 year NFL career.
Most people believe that 1974 was Art Thoms's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
