Art Johnson (Arthur H. Johnson) was born on January 14, 1896 in Duluth, Minnesota. Johnson attended Fordham University. Johnson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Duluth Kelleys. He played for the Duluth Kelleys and Duluth Eskimos over the course of his 4 year career.
