Art Jocher (Arthur Hamble Jocher) was born on October 19, 1915 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Jocher attended Manhattan College. Jocher made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for his entire 2 year career.
