Art Folz (Arthur F. Folz) was born on March 31, 1903 in , IL. After going to high school at Englewood (Chicago, IL), Folz attended Unversity of Chicago. Folz made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 3 year career.
