Art Buss (Arthur T. Buss) was born on July 14, 1911 in St. Joseph, Michigan. After going to high school at Benton Harbor (MI), Buss attended Michigan State University. Buss made his professional debut in the NFL in 1934 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Chicago Bears over the course of his 4 year career.
