Art Bultman (Arthur Frank Bultman) was born on September 16, 1907 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. After going to high school at West (Green Bay, WI), Bultman attended Indiana University and Marquette University. Bultman made his professional debut in the NFL in 1931 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Green Bay Packers and Brooklyn Dodgers over the course of his 4 year career.
