Art Brouthers (Arthur Henry Brouthers) was born on November 25, 1882 in Montgomery, Alabama. He made his Major League debut on April 14, 1906 for the Philadelphia Athletics. In 1906, his rookie year, he hit .208 with 0 home runs and 14 RBI. Brouthers played for the Philadelphia Athletics for his entire 1 year career.
