Arnie Weinmeister (Arnold G. Weinmeister)After going to high school at Jefferson (Portland, OR), Weinmeister attended the University of Washington. Weinmeister made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1948 with the New York Yankees. He played in the AAFC for 2 years, playing for the New York Yankees the entire time. Weinmeister also played in the NFL for 4 years, playing for the New York Giants the entire time.
Most people believe that 1953 was Arnie Weinmeister's best year, as he recovered 4 opponents fumbles.
