Heh, I believe this guy is talking about an article I wrote a long time ago about the 100 Greatest QBs of All Time. It was an ambitious concept that kind of fell short of what I originally had envisioned, but it still got linked by a ton of sites (SI.com, Football Outsiders, etc.), which is probably how this guy found us 4 months after the thing was written. Anyway... Look, "Mark W Anderson", if you've got something to say, say it in to me in the comments for that article, don't anonymously create a page calling ArmchairGM the "least credible source for information regarding pro football". Question my credibility all you want, but don't insult the other fine users here! And Armchair Up, for god's sake!

while you know my stance on statistical ratings...

at least you took the time to explain how you did it and then ranked them...I have no issues with someone explaining how they did something and then showing us the results...

no different than some legitimate statistical analysis

Yeah, I mean, the whole concept was flawed from the start, because any QB rankings are going to reflect a whole lot of bias (a QB is only as good as his receivers, O-Line, and running backs), and there's no way to properly factor in the playoffs without playoff data, or to properly rank "compilers" (Testaverde, Brunell) vs. guys who had short, brilliant careers (active players like Brady or Kurt Warner). Looking back, the results are strange beyond the Top 20, but it was a learning experience, so I don't regret doing it. Besides, I think some people found out about the 'Chair from the links, so all in all it was a positive experience.

Davis who gives a crap about what guy thinks about your ranking- it's your opinion- be proud of it- for example I believe that Peyton Manning is better than TOm Brady- actually I think Brett Favre is better than Brady right now- maybe even Romo the _omo- . Brady in my opinion just has great receivers and a strong OL. But seriously you guys here care too much about other peoples opinions- especially the opinions of loser guys who post only once- you should have told him to back up his points instead of just slandering you- if he doesn't like what you wrote than intelligently point out why he disagrees and he should submit his rankings- you guys need more "balls"- that's what I'm learning in AA

I think this guy is a homosexual if he likes Brady so much- the only people I know who love the guy are homosexuals- like Jay Mariotti- he loves Brady- doens't think much of Peyton but loves Brady- even called him a GQ Warrior-- come on what straight dude knows that brady recently posed for GQ?
