Finally, after all the you-know-what, we have come to the last category. It is time for you to decide who was THE MAN (read: MVP) of 2006.
Some nominees:
- LaDainian Tomlinson, San Diego Chargers: Broke more records than you could shake an end zone pilon at during the NFL regular season.
- David Eckstein, St. Louis Cardinals: MVP of the World Series
- Fernando Alonso: From obscurity to double Formula One World Champion in a short period of time.

- Reggie Bush, New Orleans Saints: One of the NFL's rookies played an integral role in the Saints' NFC South crown in 2006.
- Hines Ward, Pittsburgh Steelers: MVP of Super Bowl XL. Scored winning touchdown on pass from another Stiller wideout, Antwaan Randle El.
- Dwayne Wade, Miami Heat: MVP of the NBA Finals.
- Cam Ward, Carolina Hurricanes: Young goalie of Stanley Cup champs who also garnered the Conn Smythe Trophy for his efforts.
