College:
Played for Minnesota in 1998 and 1999...1999 played in 11 games, team finished season 8-3 and lost in the Sun Bowl to Oregon where he caught a 38-yard touchdown pass...Attended Hutchinson Community College prior to attending Minnesota where he was a 1,000 yard rusher in his freshman season and was named a First-Team All-American. In his sophomore season he ran for 997 yards and 10 TDs and was named Second Team All-American.

2000: Signed as an undrafted free agent with the Kansas City Chiefs (NFL) on April 19.
2001:Signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers as a free agent on May 1...Had his best game of the season vs Calgary on November 2 when he caught 6 balls for 139 yards, had his first multi-TD game on October 10 vs Edmonton when he scored 2 receiving...Played in the 2001 Grey Cup loss vs Calgary and caught 5 passes for 81 yards and 1 TD.

2004:Released by San Francisco following training camp...signed as a free agent with Toronto on September 3...Started in Weeks 12-19 as SB and kick returner...Week 12, dressed for first game as an Argo (06/09/04) for the Labour Day Classic in Hamilton, started as a kick returner but was thrust into duty at receiver following two ejections.
