Anthony Howard (Anthony Craig Howard) was born on July 16, 1960 in Berkeley, California. After going to high school at Berkeley (CA), Howard attended Merritt College and the University of Tennessee. Howard made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
