Anthony Cook (Anthony Andrew Cook) was born on May 30, 1972 in Bennettsville, South Carolina. After going to high school at Marlboro County (Bennettsville, SC), Cook attended South Carolina State University. Cook made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers, Tennessee Oilers and Washington Redskins over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1996 was Anthony Cook's best year, as he recorded 7.5 sacks.
