Andy Puplis (Andrew Joseph Puplis) was born on February 1, 1915 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Harrison Tech (Chicago, IL), Puplis attended the University of Notre Dame. Puplis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1943 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
