Andy Ekern (Anderson Erik Ekern) was born on July 26, 1961 in Columbia, Missouri. After going to high school at Mexico (MO), Ekern attended the University of Missouri. Ekern made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 1 year career.
