Born on November 9, 1968 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Andy Carter (Andrew Godfrey Carter) played for the Philadelphia Phillies for his entire 2 year career. Carter broke into the bigs on May 3, 1994 with the Philadelphia Phillies.
