Andres Thomas (Andres Perez Thomas) was born on November 10, 1963 in Boca Chica, Distrito Nacional (Dominican Republic). He made his Major League debut on September 3, 1985 for the Atlanta Braves. In 1986, his rookie year, he hit .251 with 6 home runs and 32 RBI. Thomas played for the Atlanta Braves for his entire 6 year career.

Most people believe that Andres Thomas's best season was 1988, when he knocked in 68 runs.
