Andres Blanco (Andres Eloy (Perez) Blanco) was born on April 11, 1984 in Urama, Carabobo (Venezuela). He made his Major League debut on April 17, 2004 for the Kansas City Royals. Blanco played for the Kansas City Royals for his entire 3 year career.
