Andre Waters (Andre Waters) was born on March 10, 1962 in Belle Glade, Florida. After going to high school at Pahokee (FL), Waters attended Cheyney University. Waters made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals over the course of his 12 year career.

Most people believe that 1986 was Andre Waters's best year, as he picked off 6 passes.

Andre Waters (March 10, 1962 – November 20, 2006) was a defensive back for the Philadelphia Eagles (1984-1993) and the Arizona Cardinals (1994-1995).

Nicknamed "Dirty Waters" for his rough style of play, he was a notorious hard hitter.
