Andre Royal (Andre Tierre Royal) was born on December 1, 1972 in North Port, Alabama. After going to high school at Tuscaloosa County (North Port, AL), Royal attended the University of Alabama. Royal made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Carolina Panthers. He played for the Carolina Panthers and Indianapolis Colts over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1997 was Andre Royal's best year, as he recorded 5 sacks.
