Andre Rodgers (Kenneth Andre Ian Rodgers) was born on December 2, 1934 in Nassau, Bahamas. He made his Major League debut on April 16, 1957 for the New York Giants. In 1959, his rookie year, he hit .250 with 6 home runs and 24 RBI. Rodgers played for the New York Giants, San Francisco Giants, Chicago Cubs and Pittsburgh Pirates over the course of his 11 year career.
