Andre Powell (Andre Maurice Powell) was born on June 5, 1969 in York, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at William Penn (York, PA), Powell attended Pennsylvania State University. Powell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 2 year career.
