Ambiguously Gay Devil Rays

The Tampa Bay Devil Rays have an on-going animated feature which plays on the video board at Tropicana Field on Sundays. A brief synopsis tells us of an "Evil Umperor" -- an obvious shot at the Yankees organization -- who is a scorned umpire now hell-bent on destroying America's pastime by any means necessary: Lying, cheating, stealing. (Oh Yes. More and more obvious that it's based on the Yankees). But there to save the day is a mighty group dubbed the "Defenders of the Game."
Animated likenesses of Rays players Scott Kazmir, Rocco Baldelli and Carl Crawford, Manager Joe Maddon and Senior Advisor Don Zimmer make up the cast of animated heroes. All provided voice-overs for their characters.
Wow. What can I say? Corny comes to mind. So does "please rip my spine out through my belly button." If you really want to save the game...don't put crap out like animated baseball super hero sagas. Just sayin.'
