Alvin Blount (Alvin Wilbert Blount) was born on February 12, 1965 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD), Blount attended the University of Maryland. Blount made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
