Alton Montgomery (Alton Montgomery) was born on June 16, 1968 in Griffin, Georgia. After going to high school at Griffin (GA), Montgomery attended Northwest Mississippi Community College and the University of Houston. Montgomery made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Atlanta Falcons and Denver Broncos over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1995 was Alton Montgomery's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
