Alonzo Mitz

Alonzo Mitz (Alonza Loqwone Mitz) was born on June 5, 1963 in Henderson, North Carolina. After going to high school at Central (Fort Pierce, FL), Mitz attended the University of Florida. Mitz made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks and Cincinnati Bengals over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1992 was Alonzo Mitz's best year.
