Alonzo Ephraim (Alonzo Brandon Ephraim) was born on November 8, 1981 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Wenonah (AL), Ephraim attended the University of Alabama. Ephraim made his professional debut in the NFL in 2003 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 3 year career.
