Almon Young (Almon Young) was born on July 3, 1962 in Eustis, Florida. After going to high school at Umatilla (FL), Young attended Bethune-Cookman College. Young made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 2 year career.
