Allen Carter (Wayne Allen Carter) was born on December 12, 1952 in Pomona, California. After going to high school at Bonita (LaVerne, CA), Carter attended the University of Southern California. Carter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1975 was Allen Carter's best year, as he had 879 kick return yards and ran back a kickoff for a touchdown.
