Allen Battle

Allen Battle (Allen Zelmo Battle) was born on November 29, 1968 in Grantham, North Carolina. He made his Major League debut on April 26, 1995 for the St. Louis Cardinals. In 1996, his rookie year, he hit .192 with 1 home run and 5 RBI. Battle played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Oakland Athletics over the course of his 2 year career.
