Born on January 7, 1964 in Lancaster, Ohio, Allan Anderson (Allan Lee Anderson) played for the Minnesota Twins for his entire 6 year career. Anderson broke into the bigs on June 11, 1986 with the Minnesota Twins, and put up a 5.55 ERA in 84.1 innings pitched in 1986, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Allan Anderson's best season was 1988, when he posted a 2.45 ERA, won 16 games and struck out 83 batters.
