Alex Webster (Alexander Webster) was born on April 19, 1931 in Kearny, New Jersey. After going to high school at Kearny (NJ), Webster attended North Carolina State University. Webster made his professional debut in the NFL in 1955 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1962 was Alex Webster's best year, as he ran for 743 yards, ran in 5 TDs, hauled in 47 receptions and caught 4 TD passes.
