Alex Agase (Alexander Arrasi Agase) was born on March 27, 1922 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Evanston Township (IL), Agase attended Purdue University and the University of Illinois. Agase made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1947 with the Los Angeles Dons. He played in the AAFC for 3 years, playing for the Cleveland Browns and Los Angeles Dons over the course of his 3 year AAFC career.Agase also played in the NFL for 3 years, playing for the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Colts over the course of his 3 year NFL career.
Most people believe that 1949 was Alex Agase's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
