Alden Roche (Alden Stephen Roche) was born on April 9, 1945 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After going to high school at Xavier Prep (New Orleans, LA), Roche attended Southern University. Roche made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Green Bay Packers, Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that 1975 was Alden Roche's best year, as he recovered 3 opponents fumbles.
