Albert Bell (Albert Bell, II) was born on April 23, 1964 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Crenshaw (Los Angeles, CA), Bell attended Coffeyville CC and the University of Alabama. Bell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
