Al Wolden (Alan M. Wolden) was born on April 11, 1965 in Govnick, Minnesota. After going to high school at Trail (Govnick, MN), Wolden attended Bemidji State University. Wolden made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
