Al Snyder (Albert Russell Snyder) was born on June 6, 1941 in Batlimore, Maryland. After going to high school at Loyola (Baltimore, MD), Snyder attended Holy Cross College. Snyder made his professional debut in the AFL in 1964 with the Boston Patriots. He played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Boston Patriots the entire time. Snyder also played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Baltimore Colts the entire time.
Most people believe that 1964 was Al Snyder's best year.
