Al Sima

Born on October 7, 1921 in Mahwah, New Jersey, Al Sima (Albert Sima) played for the Washington Senators, Philadelphia Athletics and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 4 year career. Sima broke into the bigs on June 28, 1950 with the Washington Senators, and put up a 4.79 ERA in 77 innings pitched in 1950, his rookie year.
