Al Sidorik (Alexander Theodore Sidorik) was born on December 19, 1919 in Hartford, Connecticut. After going to high school at Weaver (Hartford, CT), Sidorik attended Decatur JC and Mississippi State University. Sidorik made his professional debut in the NFL in 1947 with the Boston Yanks. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Boston Yanks the entire time. Sidorik also played in the AAFC for 2 years, playing for the Baltimore Colts the entire time.
