Born on November 19, 1847 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Al Pratt (Albert G. Pratt) played for the Cleveland Forest Citys for his entire 2 year career. Pratt broke into the bigs on May 4, 1871 with the Cleveland Forest Citys, and put up a 3.77 ERA in 224.2 innings pitched in 1871, his rookie year.
