Al Pastrana (Charles Alan Pastrana) was born on November 20, 1944 in Annapolis, Maryland. After going to high school at Annapolis (MD), Pastrana attended the University of Maryland. Pastrana made his professional debut in the AFL in 1969 with the Denver Broncos. He played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Denver Broncos the entire time. Pastrana also played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Denver Broncos the entire time.

Most people believe that 1970 was Al Pastrana's best year.
