Born on March 18, 1957 in St. Louis, Missouri, Al Olmsted (Alan Ray Olmsted) played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 1 year career. Olmsted broke into the bigs on September 12, 1980 with the St. Louis Cardinals.
