Al Nichelini (Allen James Nichelini) was born on November 23, 1909 in St. Helena, California. After going to high school at St. Helena (CA), Nichelini attended St. Mary's College of California. Nichelini made his professional debut in the NFL in 1935 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1935 was Al Nichelini's best year, as he ran in 4 TDs.
