Al Michaels (Alton Court Michaels) was born on April 1, 1900 in Tiffin, Ohio. After going to high school at Tiffin (OH), Michaels attended Heidelberg College and Ohio State University. Michaels made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Akron Pros. He played in the NFL for 3 years, playing for the Akron Pros and Cleveland Bulldogs over the course of his 3 year NFL career.Michaels also played in the AFLG for 1 year, playing for the Cleveland Panthers the entire time.
