Born on July 22, 1921 in St. Louis, Missouri, Al LaMacchia (Alfred Anthony LaMacchia) played for the St. Louis Browns and Washington Senators over the course of his 3 year career. LaMacchia broke into the bigs on September 27, 1943 with the St. Louis Browns.
