Al Jolley

Al Jolley (Alvin Jay Jolley) was born on September 29, 1899 in Onago, Kansas. After going to high school at Manhattan (KS), Jolley attended Kansas State University, Marietta College and the University of Tulsa. Jolley made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Cleveland Tigers. He played in the APFA for 1 year, playing for the Cleveland Tigers the entire time. Jolley also played in the NFL for 5 years, playing for the Brooklyn Dodgers, Cleveland Indians, Buffalo Bisons, Oorang Indians and Akron Pros over the course of his 5 year NFL career.
